Job Description :

  MEP JUNIOR ESTIMATION ENGINEER – WORK RESPONSILIBITIES

             Responsible for Quantity take-off for following MEP services

•          Electrical
•         ELV
•         Fire Alarm, Emergency lighting
•          Fire Fighting
•         Drainage, Water Supply
•         HVAC, Smoke Management system
•         Floating enquiries to the sub-contractors and suppliers and Consistently follow-up for the quotations.
•         Preparation of BOM, BOQ, Scope of work for MEP pretender & post tender work.
•         Preparation of List of Technical Queries for Consultant clarification.
•         Must be knowledgeable in using AutoCAD, Excel, MS word, Plan swift etc.
•         With good verbal and oral communication and interpersonal skills
•         With Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
•         With at least 2 years work experience in UAE
