Job Description :
Tasks & Duties
a) Manage the gymnasium equipment and provide guidance to the users on its proper and safe utilization.
b) Supervise the entire gymnasium area at all offshore locations. He shall conduct site visits to Offshore stations as and when required.
c) Develop, implement, and promote health and fitness awareness programs.
d) Conduct fitness assessments and prescribe exercise programs to members and stimulate motivation.
e) Work with QatarEnergy Representative to develop, promote and implement health promotion policies, programs, and instructions.
f) Encourage members to maintain a high fitness level.
g) Oversee the maintenance and cleaning of all gymnasium equipment and report to QatarEnergy Representative for any necessary action.
h) Recommend equipment acquisition for improvement of fitness center.
i) Develop and provide health and fitness related courses for the recreational program.
j) Visit the Stations to coach on the usage of gymnasium equipment at least once a month for each Offshore Location.
